NIPM – Karnataka chapter
As I know Govindaraj from his student days, he is a meticulous person and a silent worker. He had excelled in his academics and has been excelling as HR & IR Professional.  As I have noticed that the new generation HR folks do not want to get into IR jobs and I am sure he would become a role model for next-gen HR professionals to rethink their decisions.

As I was very much interested in IR and fairly succeeded in my career too and after going through his book on Managing Labour Relations, if given an opportunity, I would have re-titled it as “Art of Managing Employee Relations”.

Govind has presented all aspects in a systematic manner and it will become a useful handbook for HR professionals, a guide to foreign nationals working in India, reference book for faculty and students and learning manual for  employees who are in Human Resource function and it will also be useful for Union Leaders and other employees in general.

He has covered legal, theoretical, administrative and practical aspects of dealing with day-to-day IR and covered every aspect very nicely. I am sure everyone will benefit from this book and encourage him to think of next subject, and Mr.Ramesh M H and his team have put all their effort to give a good shape to the book and reach the readers at the affordable cost.

I once again congratulate Govind for this wonderful work and wish him all success in all his endeavours.
