• Understand different behaviour styles and working for desired outcomes and working for win-win situations.
  

• Discipline at work:  Role of HR/IR and line managers with case studies and examples
  

• Understanding different types of misconducts and different ways of handling based on severity with case studies and examples.  Obtaining incident reports, preliminary enquiry and other action steps required before proceeding with the enquiry.
  

• Domestic enquiry process and procedure to achieve its fairness.  Care and cautions required.  Role and importance of Management Representatives.
  

• Procedure on Resolution of Industrial Disputes: Conciliation and Court Proceedings process.
  

• Applicable Industrial and Labour Laws including Contract Labour (R&A) Act and case studies and examples for effective addressing of sensitive issues to avoid unwanted litigations and strained relations.
  

• Wage Settlement process from COD to final settlements with some negotiation strategies for win-win situation.

 
Training duration:
Four weeks. Training will be imparted through online Zoom Sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the week from 7PM to 8.30PM.  
Flexi batch will also be conducted based on the specific requests with availability of minimum participants for the batch.
New batch starts from: 6.12.2023

• HR/IR professionals who need deeper practical skills in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations for managing unionised industries.
  
• Plant Manager/Factory Manager/Production Manager/Shop Floor Supervisors

Programme Director:
Mr. Nagaraja, Senior HR & IR Professional with over 30 years of experience in Indian and MNCs with hands on exposure. He is the Promoter of Pinnacle HR & Management Consulting.  During his professional leadership rolls, has handled HR, ER and IR Process with many challenging situations and implemented various HR and ER initiatives. He is passionate about people process and Leadership Development initiatives.  

A Law Graduate with MBA in HR, additionally acquired specialisation certifications in NLP Master Practioner, NLP Certified Coach and Emotional Intelligence Coach Practioner.    

Has imparted many training and coaching sessions with desired outcomes.
