Nataraj: It is dynamic from the time in memory. Human responses are difficult to predict. The same scenario will have different responses from different people at different times. This zillion unpredictability is the beauty of managing human resources. Ravi: HR helps to bring out the best in human beings and turn, helps to contribute to the society with better-cultured people. Santosh: Really, I wasn't keen on making HR my profession. It's my luck, I'm in HR today. HR is a profession, which is people-centered and development-focused. In the process of developing people, HR contributes good citizens to society. Employee development means, a good employee, good son/daughter, good partner, good friend, good human being, etc. 2. What is more important, Experience or Attitude? Nataraj: Both are important. However, proven experienced candidates are expected to deliver exceptional results. In most leadership positions, qualitative experience is necessary. Ravi: Obviously, attitude. The right attitude can help you get the right experience. In the selection process, I give first priority to attitude and next to experience.

Pooja Prabhakar is a highly competent Risk Management specialist and is the recipient of the LexFalcon Legal Award 2021 & 2022 which befittingly recognises her accomplishments as an influencer and pathbreaker in the legal and tech fields. After she moved back from the US, where she held leadership positions at Fortune 50 companies, she took over the reins of BCP Associates where she envisioned and successfully rolled out enterprise programs in Legal Audit & Advisory, POSH & People Strategy across several large companies in India including the creation of innovative Legal Technology that has widespread use in the industry today. While in the US, Pooja was part of the core team that implemented the first Sarbanes-Oxley audit and compliance program and led several initiatives including enterprise e-Discovery, nation-wide launches of health insurance products and was a member of the Emerging Leadership program at CIGNA Healthcare.
Shri. Govindaraju NS. comes with more than two decades of industry experience in Human Resource Management & Labour Law Compliance. He is currently working as GM – HR, IR, Legal & EHS for a German Subsidiary M/s.Kern Liebers (India) Pvt. Ltd. Govind is closely associated with professional bodies and industry associations like CII, FKCCI & KASSIA and is the current President of Tumakuru HR Forum and immediate past President of the Greater Nelamangala Industries Association in the Bengaluru Area. Govind holds a Postgraduate degree in Social Work with a Human Resource Management Specialisation from Bangalore University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mysore University. He also holds a degree in Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Bangalore University.
