Shri. Prashanth B.K. is a young, dynamic, and charismatic practicing Advocate in the High Court, Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, Commercial Courts, City Civil/Sessions Courts, and NCLT. He is heading the law firm CCI in Bengaluru.
Advocate Prashanth holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and IR from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, MSW from School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore, and LLB from SDM Law College, Mangalore. Prashanth started his career as an HR Professional at Bharath Electronics, Bengaluru, and later worked at various prestigious MNC and Indian companies for over 8 years. During this period of his HR career, his contributions in establishing HR practices, labour law compliances, working with unions, and culture-building were significant and remarkable. His value addition to companies made him to reach the top position in HR at a young age itself.

Mr. Dinesh A.U. is an agile HR & IR Leader with over three decades of experience, working with Federal Moghul, Dynamitic Technologies, Shell Renewables, Centum Electronics, and Rittal India Private Limited.
Dinesh is a postgraduate (MSW) in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore. He is presently working as Director – HR & Admin at Rittal India Private Limited, a German MNC based in Bengaluru. He is Honorary Secretary of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Karnataka Chapter since 2018. 
Sri. Madhukar Bhat is a Senior HR Leader having more than 25 years of experience in Indian and Multinational companies. Madhukar is a Post Graduate in Social Work from Karnataka University, Dharwad, and PG certificate in HRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Madhukar has various training and learning credentials like 66 hours of Coach training accredited by ICF-ACSTH, Certified HR Coaching Professional (CHCP) from NHRD, Certified MBTI –Trainer, Strategic HRM from IIM – Ahmedabad, and a few more.
Mr. Santhosh Rao is a strong HR leader having more than 25 years of rich experience as an HR Generalist in manufacturing sectors with a thorough exposure to global HR practices in fortune 100 companies. He is currently working as Associate Vice President with Toyota Industries Engine India and is responsible for HR, IR, Admin, and EHS functions.
Mr. Rao is a Post Graduate in Social Work with a specialization in Personnel Management from the School of Social Work, Mangalore. He has rich work experience of working with Indian Corporates and MNCs like Grasim, PepsiCo, and Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts. |
