We are pleased to announce the online training programme titled “Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at Workplace” the details of which are as under.  It covers in detail the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 (call it PoSH Act 2013 for the sake of simplicity).

Duration: Twelve Hours.
Date: 08th, 09th, 22nd and 23rd, October 2021, three hours per day.
Time: 10 AM to 01 PM.

7) How to conduct PoSH enquiry?
8) Importance of confidentiality in PoSH case?
9) How to determine, punishment, fine and monetary compensation?
10) Whether a PoSH complaint can be settled without conducting the enquiry?
11) Records to be maintained, notices to be displayed and returns to be submitted  under PoSH Act.
12) Offences under the PoSH Act and punishment for the employer for non-compliance.
