Final year college students of graduate and post graduate programme.

Batch size
Twenty five to thirty students. 

Venue
In the campus or any other place determined by the college.

Methodology
Lectures, exercises, tests, videos, role-plays, live interviews and feedback.

Duration
Two or three days depending upon the needs of students and the college.

Learning objectives
After successful completion of this course the student will be able to:

1. Understand and appreciate the differences in college life to corporate career and create a plan of action, for smooth transition to enter the chosen career path and thrive in it.
2. Identify his/ her strengths and limitations and take advantage of the strengths and work for overcoming the limitations.
3. Independently write his resume in different formats to suite the company needs, prepare forwarding letter and submit it on time.
4. Create his or her, online profile in the job portals, identify the openings online and apply for the right positions.
5. Dress, appear and behave, to suit the needs of corporate environment by learning the workplace etiquettes.
6. Face the test, group discussion and interview successfully to get the job.
