“A Discussion on Books” – programme initiated by Niratanka organization – Its purpose & plan details:
  1. For authors, opportunity will be given for more open discussions.  
  2. Books will be given to three members for study so that they can come read & prepared for discussion & ask the question to the authors.
  3. Specifically, books related to Human resource and social work literature field will be selected.
  4. In order to select book, selection committee will be formed and only books recommended by selection committee, opportunity will be provided.
  5. Full programme discussion will be recorded and will be uploaded in You Tube channel.
  6. All expenses incurred towards programme organizing can be borne by sponsors. During programme recording, care will be taken to cover sponserers details mentioned in backdrop banners.
  7. Programme will be organized to ensure attendance of 30 to 40 participants.
  8. Two or three such discussion programmes will be arranged in a month.
  9. Programmes will be conducted in NMS Training centers.
  10. Programmes will be conducted on Sunday between 10 am to 12 noon.
  11.  It will be ensured that total programme will be telecasted through Facebook Live
  12. Books discussed in the programme and other social works & Human resource field books are available at discount price at the convention hall.
